The doors to our yoga Centre in Goa are back open and we want to share the season with our amazing Yoga Graduates and Yoga Practitioners. That’s why we’re holding a number of special Asana Immersion Programmes that will be an opportunity to visit your second yoga home in Goa, while also developing your practice and deepening your knowledge.

You will have time during your course to enjoy a range of activities such as a shopping treat at Asia’s biggest Night Market, or visit the Heritage City of Old Goa, and of course have fun and chill out evenings out at famous local restaurants. You are welcome to arrive a few days early to relax, have some beach time and enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Arabian Sea.

Maeve will be leading a daily morning meditation, chanting and pranayama session expanding on the techniques and practices you learned on during your Yoga Teacher Training.
Lalit and Tony will be leading two asana classes a day that will build on the Ashtanga and Iyengar based practice series from your online training as well your in-person asana practice. Focused workshops do deepen your existing yoga practice.
Each day you’ll get to work with the team and your peers in workshops designed to develop you as a Yoga Practitioner and Teacher. These workshops will be focused on physical adjustments, with opportunities to practice under our guidance.
On completion of the Graduate Development Immersion, you will receive certification for 50 hours of professional development. This can be used towards career development hours for all yoga certifications bodies.
As part of this training you’ll get to spend two weeks beautiful Goa, India. Whilst we are heading into the Autumn, Goa is about to enter the best time to visit. Lovely warm 25 degree days with calm and cool evenings.
